The environmental monitor allows the vault operator as well as key accounts to verify the status of the vault at any time, night or day. Temperature, humidity, alarm status, and a video feed are all available for viewing. Precise temperature and humidity control are directly linked to reducing downtime in the data center by reducing failed restores and tape problems.
