Our outsourced document scanning services provide an affordable and convenient solution for the successful conversion of paper records into a digital file format. How It Works
We do all the work for you:
- Retrieve documents for scanning
- Remove folders, staples, paper clips, rubber bands and binder clips
- View the images as they are being scanned to ensure the highest image quality
- Index each document and apply Optical Character Recognition (OCR) capability for easy searching later
- Convert images to TIFF or PDF files on CD,DVD, or stored in our online image silo
- Return hard copies to you, store them in our records center, or destroy them upon completion of scanning
We are committed to preserving the security of your business records at all times. Throughout the scanning process, our background-screened scanning professionals maintain strict chain of custody protocols.
Scan on Demand
People often assume it is more cost-effective to scan rather than store. In fact, we can store a box for over 20 years for the same price as scanning its contents once. In addition, most of the documents in our records center are never accessed, but they still must be kept for legal and compliance reasons.
Why scan your entire document inventory at great expense when you can scan only the documents you need, when you need them? This is why our scan on demand service is so popular.
Scan on demand is extremely popular with medical clinics. If they need a patient chart or immunization record, we can save them the trouble of pulling the box or file, delivering it, then picking it up and re-filing it. We simply scan and send it to them—on demand!
